Right away, you are probably thinking. “A remodel?” How expensive. Well, now that depends on your choices. At Amazing Home Repairs, Llc, we have produced some exciting ideas. As a homeowner myself, I do not want to spend too much if I do not have to. 

If there is one unsightly area in your bathroom, we can improve it for you. For example, what is in the best shape? Your toilet, tub/shower, vanity sink, flooring, lighting, valves, faucets, and even the paint on the walls, etc. If it is in decent shape, keep it. Most companies want to tear everything out. Sure, that might look great in the end AND cost as much as $20,000 or more, depending on if you wish to include rare Italian marble or shower valves. 

MOST BATHROOMS CONSIST OF:

  • A shower, bathtub or both
  • Toilet
  • A vanity with one or two sinks and faucets
  • Flooring with baseboards
  • Lighting
  • Paint

That is it. Now, we can show you how to do it in pieces or partial or a complete job at a fraction of the cost. And when we start, we do not stop until completion. Sometimes an industrial cleaning of the tub and tile will do. We can also show you how to do some of it yourself. There is not a better feeling than knowing you had a hand in the creation. 

SOME EXAMPLES OF REMODELING EXPENSES:

1. A basic bathtub refinishing from $295.00. 

 2. Add a toilet that you purchase, $145.00 labor only. 

3. A basic fiberglass tub/ shower combo. Refinishes $450.00. 

4. Essential vanity, sink, faucet combo. including labor, approx. $775.00. 

5. Flooring, including tile or laminate wood, labor only from $475, depending on the size of the bathroom, demolition involved and other factors. 

6. If you purchase any parts, we can give an estimate on just installation. 

7. Since personal preferences apply, we recommend you pick out toilets, faucets, and flooring. 

8. We can estimate complete jobs and work backward for you by removing something you can do yourself.
